DFW EDUCATION
One of the primary considerations in the purchase of a new home is the quality of education available in the area. Dallas, Fort Worth and the many suburban cities that surround them offer a wide range of educational opportunities, from traditional public and charter schools to private institutions. In the seven-county metropolitan area, there are nearly 90 public school districts that serve a variety of needs with comprehensive curriculums.
DFW also boasts a diverse offering of colleges and universities. Some three-dozen community colleges, private and state-sanctioned universities and such specialized facilities as medical schools, trade schools and seminaries boast ample opportunities for higher education.
